Lead Business Analyst - Lending

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will drive clarity, alignment, and delivery within the squad, manage backlog readiness, support Business Analysts, coordinate with the Product Owner, and ensure smooth execution of agile ceremonies and business testing activities. You will also plan and facilitate workshops, coordinate BAT/UAT, and assist in production support and hypercare.

• Partner with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the squad backlog, ensuring user stories meet the definition of ready and are prepared for development.
• Prepare and refine user stories to a high quality, review BA authored stories, and ensure story scope, acceptance criteria, and dependencies are clearly documented.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders, supporting requirement discovery, solution refinement, and alignment on business value.
