AS Project Manager

As an Application Services Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex Business Support Systems (BSS) initiatives within a multinational telecommunications environment. You will manage end-to-end delivery across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, delivery teams, and external stakeholders. This role requires strong expertise in IT project delivery, stakeholder management, team leadership, governance, and execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects related to TELCO BSS domains, including CRM, order management, product catalog, billing, charging, customer care, and integration platforms.
• Manage projects throughout all delivery phases, including requirements and solution design, development and configuration, system and integration testing, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and project closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, and risks, and maintain detailed project plans.
