Account Manager (Inbound)

Join Funding Circle, a fintech company on a mission to support small businesses in the UK. As an Account Manager, you will be the face of the company, assisting customers with their queries and educating them on Funding Circle's offerings. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, pitch the Funding Circle proposition, and be responsible for your own monthly target. The role is based in London with a hybrid work model.

• Establishing rapport with customers and cultivating successful relationships through effective communication.
• Managing a high-volume, fast-paced pipeline of loan applications and supporting clients through each stage of the application process.
• Proactively problem-solving and identifying risks, issues, or control weaknesses that arise in day-to-day operations.
