Senior Account Executive (Enterprise) - EuroWest

Join HiBob, a fast-growing HR platform that helps modern, mid-size businesses transform their people management. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing complex SaaS deals within mid-market or enterprise organizations. You should have experience in MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodologies, a strong track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets, and confidence in building a pipeline through outbound prospecting. Fluency in Spanish is required.

• Closing complex SaaS deals within mid-market or enterprise organizations, managing multiple stakeholders.
• Building pipeline through outbound prospecting alongside marketing and partner-generated opportunities.
• Owning the full sales cycle, from discovery through to negotiation and close, while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

• Experience closing complex SaaS deals within mid-market or enterprise organisations.
• Business fluent in Spanish (C2)
• Experienced in MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology's

• Success selling into companies with 1,000+ employees and managing multiple stakeholders.
• A strong track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets.
• Confidence building pipeline through outbound prospecting alongside marketing and partner-generated opportunities.
• Experience owning the full sales cycle, from discovery through to negotiation and close.
• A collaborative approach to working with Sales Engineering, Customer Success and internal stakeholders.
• Curiosity, resilience and a desire to continuously improve.
