About The Role
Join Mirakl, a leading marketplace innovation company. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead two engineering squads, drive technical direction, develop your team, and build a strong operating model. You should have at least 4-5 years of experience managing engineering teams, a solid Java background, and experience in e-commerce or related domains.
- Lead and develop two engineering squads responsible for the seller journey on Mirakl Connect and integrations with external marketplaces.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to define priorities, translate business needs into execution plans, and make trade-offs.
- Drive the technical direction of your scope — challenging architectural choices, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
