Credit Strategy Manager (F/H)

Join Younited, a leading fintech company, as a Credit Strategy Manager. In this role, you will be at the heart of the company's strategy, supporting profitability while managing risk levels. You will monitor credit production and portfolio risk, develop credit analyses and recommendations, and coordinate stakeholders while communicating insights. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a quantitative or analytical role, a strong quantitative background, and excellent communication skills.

• You graduated from a top-ranked engineering school, business school or university and have **at least 3 years of experience** in a quantitative or analytical role, ideally in consulting, internal audit, banking, investment banking, fintech or payments,

• You have a strong quantitative background, are proficient in SQL and can analyse data quickly and independently. You are comfortable using Claude and AI tools,

• You are structured, able to take a high-level view and comfortable working with complex or uncertain topics,

• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across different teams,

• You are fluent in English and able to communicate clear, data-driven recommendations to international stakeholders.
