About The Role
Grade-E0 Role- Customer Service Representative Job Description Answering Inbound Calls and addressing clients queries making Outbound Calls for collections and informing them regarding pending EMI and also doing sales pitch for various products. Following up on cases and get it closed within defined TAT Liaise with Department in resolving the cases. Requirements : Has customer centricity (Keeps the Customer First) in all perspective Has good communication skills (written and verbal)
