Roles & Responsibilities:
For this Marketing role, the primary responsibility is to be accountable for marketing assistance and relevant tasks while provide support other marketing activities. The detailed responsibilities are:

• Social CRM Campaign Workflow: Design, build, and manage end-to-end campaign workflows within social CRM platforms synced, including audience targeting, content triggering, journey orchestration, and follow-up automation.
• Leads Generation & Qualification: Track and monitor inbound leads from marketing channels; maintain lead scoring models and qualification criteria to identify high-intent sellers and route qualified leads to seller nurturing team.
• Seller Segmentation & Campaign Support: Build and maintain seller segment lists based on product tags and engagement data; support marketing campaign outreach by providing targeted audience pools and personalized content recommendations.
• System Operations & Maintenance: Support day-to-day social CRM platform operations — account configuration, template management, tagging rules, data sync, and troubleshooting; document SOPs to ensure operational consistency and scalability.
• Results Tracking: Monitor social CRM metrics (follower growth, message open rates, menu click rates, conversion funnels) and produce regular reports with insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
