Customer Relations Officer

Job Duties and Responsibilities - Customer Relations Officer 1. Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customers enquiries and assist with shopping mall’s promotions and redemptions. 2. Handle face to face and phone calls feedbacks. 3. Coordinate tenant's request for technical assistance with Security. 4. Handle daily redemption and settlement of Marina Square Gift Voucher (MSGV) for credit cards reward program. 5. Perform mall gift vouchers sales transaction and responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings. 6. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
