Southern Health Partners is seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at the Marathon County Jail in Wisconsin.

This is a great opportunity for nurses who want to pick up additional shifts, maintain a flexible schedule, or work PRN while balancing other personal or professional commitments.

🩺 What You'll Do

As a PRN nurse, you will provide quality healthcare to patients within the correctional facility while working alongside an experienced healthcare team.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing nursing care and treatment to patients
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Completing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
Responding to urgent and routine healthcare needs
Communicating patient needs with the healthcare team
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supporting continuity of care within the facility

Qualifications📋 Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Wisconsin
Current CPR certification
Nursing experience preferred, but correctional healthcare experience is not required
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Must be able to successfully complete facility credentialing requirements
