CROP SERVICE INTERN (Central Territory)

This Crop Service Intern opportunity is available within the following areas of our Nebraska territory: Columbus, Schuyler, David City, Seward, York, Geneva, Lincoln, Syracuse, Beatrice, Crete and Aurora.

INTERN DUTIES INCLUDE:

Observe and report on pests, weeds, and crop conditions
Support operational workflows and precision agriculture services
Travel to customer fields across the territory
Install and monitor moisture sensors
Troubleshoot hardware issues
Operate an ATV for field scouting

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Business, or another agriculture-related major (preferred but not required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office
