Sr. EXIM Manager

The EXIM Senior Manager oversees all export and imports operations to ensure efficient, compliant, as regulation, and cost-effective international trade activities supporting the FMCG business growth objectives and working with 3PL. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with global trade regulations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize international logistics cost, time, and service levels. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure smooth cargo movements. Monitor changes in trade policies and regulations to ensure company compliance. Lead and mentor the EXIM team, setting performance goals and driving continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to align EXIM operations with business objectives. Handle risk management related to trade operations, including managing tariffs, duties, and trade disputes Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field. 5+ years of experience in export-import management, preferably within FMCG. Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in SAP and trade management software. Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control.
