What you become a part of: As a Dispatch Rider at Shalina Healthcare, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of laboratory samples, diagnostic reports, medical supplies, and other company documents between collection centres, laboratories, healthcare facilities, and clients while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company safety and quality standards. Key Deliverables: Collect and deliver laboratory samples from hospitals, clinics, collection centres, and clients within established timelines. Ensure proper handling and transportation of specimens to maintain sample integrity and comply with laboratory and safety standards. Deliver diagnostic reports, invoices, and official documents accurately and confidentially to clients and healthcare facilities. Maintain accurate delivery, collection, and chain-of-custody records for all samples and documents transported. Support the distribution of laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables between company locations and client sites. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to achieve timely service and optimize operational efficiency. Conduct routine motorcycle inspections and basic maintenance checks, reporting faults, accidents, or operational issues promptly. Provide professional customer service and represent the company positively, maintaining confidentiality of patient information and adherence to company policies. Essential qualifications, experience and skills: WASSCE Certificate or equivalent often required.
