Video-first content is central to how our business grows, reels, brand videos, ads , all of it. A strong editor with real motion, 3D, and CGI range lets us produce premium, differentiated video in-house, at speed , without waiting on outside vendors. That's the gap this role fills. We're small and scaling, which means the editor in this seat won't stay boxed into execution alone for long . As the team grows, you'll have real input into how the video and motion pipeline itself gets built , not just what runs through it, and a hand in setting the creative bar the rest of the team works against. That's a different kind of room to grow than a bigger agency where an editor stays an editor for years! Tasks Short-form editing (reels, ads) and long-form brand video Motion graphics and animation in After Effects 3D and CGI elements where the brief calls for it Fast turnaround inside a live production pipeline , delivered to platform specs and brand standards every time Requirements Advanced After Effects skills, this isn't a role to learn the tool on the job Strong editing craft : pacing, sound design, captions , the fundamentals that make an edit actually land Real 3D or CGI capability , work you've shipped, not tutorials you've followed Senior-level experience with a showreel or portfolio ready to share What gives you an edge: Cinema 4D or Blender depth AI-assisted video workflows Colour grading Benefits KPI-based performance bonus on top of base pay Real ownership from day one, not a queue of tickets Work across a live, international client roster Clear path from the 3-month probation into a permanent seat based on performance Comfortable working on-site in Dhaka, our team works together in person day to day.
