As a
Controls Engineering Intern
, you will support product development activities for the INNIO Jenbacher gas engines business, assist Lead and Advanced Engineers with documentation and software-related tasks, and continuously learn about the product as well as state-of-the-art development processes and tools.

Your responsibilities:
Learn and support development processes
Setup simulation environment for different engine types and scenarios to support validation activities of new features
Learn and use requirement gathering tools (Wiki, Codebeamer) and help with documenting code features
Participate in sprint meetings, prepare user story related work
Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the leader/manager or Lead Engineers assigns verbally or in writing.
Your profile:
Ongoing Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering or relating Computer Engineering (IT) studies
Basic understanding of power generation and distribution
Basic experience with
automation and controls (PLC)
, understanding of sensors and actors
Communication skills in
English
(German is an advantage)
Willingness to learn new design and software tools
