PROGRAM COORDINATOR (PC)
Adult Residential Program
Westfield, MA | Full-Time

As a Program Coordinator (PC), you will oversee the daily operations of an adult residential home supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment. This is a leadership role ideal for someone experienced, organized, and ready to take full ownership of program operations.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning tasks and guiding staff to ensure smooth site functioning.
- Provide direct care and support when needed, modeling best practices for the team.
- Manage all MAP-related responsibilities, documentation, safety procedures, and site compliance.
- Coordinate shopping, meal planning, recreation activities, and household needs.
- Maintain communication with upper management, nursing, and clinical teams.
- Serve as primary on-call support except on the APC’s assigned days.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with 1+ year of licensed driving experience required.
- MAP certification required.
- 2+ years prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and implementing crisis intervention/physical management experience required.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills, and ability to lead a team, prioritize needs, and problem-solve in real time.
