Assist in planning and
running paid campaigns
on Meta, Google Ads.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS.
Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.
Use tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets to report and improve performance.
Stay curious about marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new growth hacks.

0–1 year of full time experience
in performance or digital marketing. Only apply if you are 2025/26 undergraduate.
Completion of any certified courses in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Digital Marketing, etc is a plus.
Sharp analytical mindset with basic familiarity in Excel/Sheets.
Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or willing to learn them quickly.
Exposure to (or strong interest in) tracking tools, UTM tagging, or pixel setup.
