Systems Management: Manage CMMS/EAM systems, maintain accurate records, and implement best practices for maintenance processes. Team Leadership: Lead and support tradespeople, fostering productivity, safety, and effective communication across teams. Resource Coordination: Organize tools, materials, and contractors; develop job scopes, estimates, and schedules to meet operational needs. Continuous Improvement: Analyze data, monitor performance, and drive improvements in maintenance efficiency, cost savings, and compliance. What You’ll Offer Leadership Teamwork: Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide teams and communicate effectively. Results Orientation: Maintain a detail-focused, results-driven approach, thriving under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Qualifications Experience: Hold a post-secondary technical degree or trade certification, with 3–5 years of relevant maintenance planning experience and understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance processes.
