Own CI methodology consistency and excellence across EMEA — ensuring rigorous application of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, A3, and 8D across the Hub’s project portfolio and Spoke operations. Coach and certify Black Belt and Green Belt practitioners, lead complex cross-functional problem-solving initiatives, and assure project quality through structured tollgate governance. Position Vertiv EMEA’s CI capability as a recognized internal centre of excellence aligned to Danaher Business System and GE Operating System standards.
