About The Role
- 工程服务采购管理： 主导半导体行业厂房建设与运营相关的工程类、服务类采购，组织供应商交流、考察评估、招投标或询比议价，开展清标评标及商务谈判，确保采购过程合规高效；
- 合同执行与商务管控： 合同签订后持续进行采购管理，处理合同执行阶段的各类商务谈判与变更事项，保障交付与成本目标达成；
- 供应商开发与市场洞察： 持续进行新供应商开发，保持对供应市场的动态了解，优化公司可用资源池，提升供应链韧性。
- 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、物流工程等工科专业，具有良好的英文书写和汇报能力；
- 行业与专业经验：8年以上采购经验，其中5年以上半导体行业厂房建设、厂务运营采购经验，了解行业相关法律法规并在采购执行中遵循。
