Maintenance Tech 2

The DePaul Apple Blossom Apartments are looking for a skilled maintenance professional to join our team!This is a “working hands-on” Maintenance Tech position. Under the direction of the Sr. Director, this position is responsible for providing hands-on maintenance and upkeep to buildings and grounds as well as physically completing duties and coordinating the preventative, ongoing and emergency activities of the department. This includes the ability to lead by example, multi-task, provide excellent customer service experiences, troubleshoot and problem solve, as well as to be cost mindful.
