About The Role

&bull; Manages automation projects , usually a team size of ~15 resources, their work allocation and day to day reviews.
&bull; Assists the manager in framework design, maintenance and enhancements for one of the areas (Performance, automation or security testing).
&bull; Designs and develops analysis and feasibility study for all projects assigned.
&bull; Executes PoCs for all projects assigned including selection of tools based on application technology platform.
&bull; Is recognized as an expert working with data driven and CI/CD frameworks.
&bull; Publishes monthly metrics on ROI, benefits, automation framework enhancements and project completion or accomplishments.
