Specialist / Consultant Family Medicine in Government Facility

About The Role
A leading healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking qualified and experienced Family Medicine Physicians to join its expanding medical team.
This opportunity is open exclusively to European-based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai who are looking to advance their careers within a leading Government Hospital, Government Healthcare Facility, Private Healthcare Facility, or leading healthcare organization in the UAE.
Candidates with internationally recognized qualifications, including UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients across different age groups.
- Conduct clinical consultations, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions within a primary care setting.
- Provide preventive healthcare, health screening, and routine medical assessments.
- Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular risk factors, and respiratory conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment and management plans.
- Provide health education and lifestyle counseling to patients and families.
- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with relevant specialist departments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Medical degree such as MBBS, MD, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Recognized postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine / Family Practice.
- Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
- Strong background in comprehensive primary care and preventive medicine.
- Experience managing acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Candidates with UK CCT / MRCGP, Western Qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
- Candidates currently based in Europe and willing to relocate to Dubai are preferred.
