Customer Care Executive

About The Role
- Should have Good in English communication with one Native Language (Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam).
- Graduation is mandatory (Any degree)
- Handling customer’s queries and requests for the services.(Inbound & Outbound calls)
- Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience.
- Rotational day shift (Any 9 hours)
- 6 days working (1 day rotational week off)
- Salary 2 LPA to 3 LPA + Performance based incentives
