About The Role

As the Senior Manager for the CLM International department, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding Alldigi Tech Limited's operations and maintaining its reputation. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team dedicated to fraud analysis, risk assessment, and investigation, ensuring the company's compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks, prevent fraud, and protect the company's assets and interests.

  • Lead and mentor a team of fraud analysts, risk managers, and investigators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive fraud detection and prevention strategies, utilizing advanced analytics and industry best practices.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations into potential fraud cases, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather evidence and resolve issues.
  • Implement robust risk management frameworks, identifying and assessing potential risks across various business areas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging fraud techniques, ensuring the company's strategies remain effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and IT, to align fraud and risk management efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key risks, fraud trends, and recommended actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, conducting periodic audits and reviews.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and industry associations, to enhance fraud prevention capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or a related discipline, with a preference for advanced degrees or professional certifications.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fraud detection, investigation techniques, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in using fraud detection and risk management software and tools, as well as data analysis platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong ethical judgment and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results.
