Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager with a strong hospitality background to manage and oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and laundry operations.
• Lead, supervise, train, and monitor housekeeping teams to maintain required service and cleanliness standards.
• Plan manpower deployment, duty rosters, daily operations, and workload allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with established quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, equipment, inventory, and consumption.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle operational issues, complaints, and service deficiencies and ensure timely corrective action.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and training requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate housekeeping records.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client/property requirements.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Hotel Housekeeping, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial position.
• Must have experience working in a 4- or 5-star hotel/property with approximately 80–150 keys.
• Strong operational knowledge of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry operations.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Facilities Management experience would be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and Housekeeping/Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on service quality and operational standards.
• Availability: Candidates should be immediately available or have a maximum notice period of one month.
