Located on Hayat Island, InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront resort where island living meets authentic Arabian hospitality. We are looking for a Spa Attendant to join our Spa team at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. In this role, you will help create a clean, relaxing, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring our spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be

• Clean and sanitize spa facilities, equipment, and furniture daily

• Manage spa linen, laundry, and related inventory
• -
• Support the opening and closing set-up of the Spa according to resort standards
• -
• Provide warm and attentive service, ensuring guests are comfortable throughout their spa experience

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across all spa areas
• -
• Report any maintenance concerns, incidents, or safety issues promptly
• -
• Follow hotel standards and procedures relating to health, hygiene, fire and life safety

What We need from you

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, housekeeping, or similar hospitality environment is an advantage

• A warm, caring, and guest-focused attitude

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail

• Ability to work as part of a team and support guests in a timely and caring manner

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
