About The Role

We are looking for a skilled General Technician to join our team and perform maintenance and repair tasks in different areas. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently, and the capacity to work independently.  Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
 Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in equipment and facilities.
 Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of equipment.
 Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
 Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
 Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
 Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
 Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
 Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

 Proven experience as a General Technician or similar role.
 Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
 Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 Excellent problem-solving abilities.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
 Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
 Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
