Executive - HR

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making data-driven hiring decisions. Additionally, you will contribute to our employer branding efforts and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
