Roles & responsibilities

Global Mobility Compensation Support

•Support preparation of assignment-related compensation calculations, including allowances and benefits as per defined mobility policies.

•Assist with administering international assignment components, such as

• •Cost of Living Allowance (COLA)
• •Housing and relocation-related benefits
• •One-time assignment payments and reimbursements
• •Validate inputs, assumptions, and outputs to ensure compensation is processed accurately and consistently.

Data Management, Controls & Reporting

• •Maintain detailed mobility compensation trackers, calculation sheets, and employee assignment records.
• •Perform data validation and reconciliations to ensure alignment across HR systems, payroll, and finance.
• •Adhere to documentation and version-control standards required for audit and compliance purposes.

Stakeholder & Payroll Coordination

• •Coordinate closely with Payroll, HR Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payment of assignment components.
• •Respond to basic employee or HR queries related to assignment pay and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• •Follow established SOPs, control checklists, and approval workflows.
• Educational qualifications
• •Bachelors/ Master degree from a reputable university with excellent academic result, majoring in accounting or finance or technology or a similar field.
• •Strong academic grounding in numbers, data handling, and analytical concepts
