Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.

• Perform daily mise en place, ingredient preparation, portioning, and decorating tasks.

• Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain product consistency.

• Ensure high standards of quality, taste, and visual presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section at all times.

• Properly store ingredients and finished products following food safety standards.

• Support senior pastry chefs during production and service periods.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.

• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
