Marketing Lead (France)

Join AnyVan as the Marketing Lead for France, where you'll define and execute the go-to-market strategy, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate revenue growth. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of the local market. You'll collaborate with various teams, champion the French customer, and build and scale marketing channels and partnerships.

• Définir et exécuter la stratégie de mise sur le marché en France, en collaboration avec les équipes Marketing, Ventes, Produit, Tarification et Opérations.
• Acquérir des clients, améliorer la conversion et accélérer la croissance des revenus en utilisant une expertise approfondie du marché local.
• Construire et développer des canaux et des partenariats, en intégrant les canaux principaux (PPC, SEO, CRM, Marque, Réseaux Sociaux Payants, RP, Influenceurs).

• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and able to make £10 feel like £100 by out‑thinking rather than out‑spending competitors
• Proven experience launching and scaling direct‑to‑consumer tech businesses in France (scale‑up experience is a plus)
• Excellent project management skills, balancing speed, structure and execution
• A proactive, hands‑on attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Strong commercial acumen: experience measuring marketing impact on revenue and confidence working directly with data
• The ability to collaborate, influence and gain buy‑in across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
• Broad marketing experience with hands‑on ownership of PR and influencer marketing; SEO and partnerships experience is a plus
• An appetite to learn and be part of a two-way feedback culture
• Curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a two‑way feedback culture
• Fluent French and fluent English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
