About The Role
Join bsport, a leading platform in the wellness industry, as a Team Leader for our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in Berlin. In this hands-on leadership role, you will build and coach a high-performing SDR team, shape our outbound strategy, and drive pipeline growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will split your time between people leadership and strategy, making a significant impact on our market presence.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of up to 8 SDRs, setting clear targets and tracking progress.
- Own and execute the SDR outbound strategy for DACH, managing lead supply and distribution.
- Work with Sales Enablement and Marketing to build training content and represent DACH's needs in cross-functional discussions.
