Senior Success Guide (French Speaker)

Join our team as a Senior Success Guide, where you will leverage your technical expertise in data and analytics to drive successful outcomes for our strategic customers. You will be a trusted subject-matter expert for Data Cloud and Agentforce, engaging with Premier and Signature customers to enable, advise, and optimize their usage. Your guidance will directly influence customer satisfaction and return on investment, ensuring their success in leveraging Salesforce's powerful data and AI capabilities.

• Engager avec les clients pour optimiser l'utilisation actuelle de Data Cloud et Agentforce, en fournissant des conseils et des recommandations personnalisées.
• Construire des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, en agissant en tant qu'expert en la matière pour l'organisation Success Guide.
• Collaborer avec des équipes diversifiées pour renforcer les connaissances des clients sur la plateforme Data Cloud et promouvoir une utilisation optimale.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely with customers and colleagues
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, global teams
• Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts & solutions into tangible business value and ROI for customers, driving tangible results
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain deep technical understanding of our suite of products, and be a clear leader in terms of technical acumen across the teams
• Experience with Data 360 and discussing the competitive advantage Data Cloud offers to AI functionality
• 4-6 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry, preferably with strong Data 360 and AI expertise
