• Design and run surveys, trackers, and quantitative studies end-to-end, from sample design through to analysis and delivery of decision-ready findings.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and category benchmarks to build a consistent, ongoing view of BLC's market position.
• Partner with Commercial and Partnerships teams to turn partner questions into broader learning opportunities, identifying where research can uncover category, proposition, or growth opportunities beyond the immediate brief.
