Senior Engineering Technician

Join our team as a Senior Engineering Technician, where you will play a crucial role in building, integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex robotic systems and engineering test assets. This hands-on position requires strong electrical, mechanical, and system-level troubleshooting skills, as well as proficiency with diagnostic equipment and a working knowledge of Linux environments and Python. You will work independently, own assigned hardware and test assets, and collaborate with engineers to drive problems to resolution.

• Construire, intégrer, tester et maintenir des systèmes robotiques complexes et des équipements d'essai.
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre de manière autonome les pannes électriques, mécaniques et au niveau système.
• Améliorer les procédures, les outils, les dispositifs et les flux de travail pour augmenter la fiabilité, la qualité, la sécurité et l'efficacité.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building, testing, troubleshooting, or repairing complex electromechanical systems
• Experience with complex assembly, system bring-up, rework, and component replacement
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and system-level troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, and DAQ systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, CAD, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Working knowledge of Linux environments, shell commands, and Python for system bring-up, troubleshooting, test execution, and data collection
• Experience with robotics, automation, or complex electromechanical systems
• Experience with system integration, reliability testing, or failure analysis
• Familiarity with CATIA or similar CAD tools
• Python, Java, and/or C++ experience
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, or J-STD-001
