Senior Associate of Talent Acquisition

Join Morning Brew as a Senior Associate of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will support a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process. You will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruiting, oversee interview logistics, coordinate employee onboarding, and assist with recruiting and DEI events. You will also help maintain employee updates in our systems and champion our work culture. • Partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience, and own full-cycle recruiting for junior-to-senior full-time positions and contract roles.
• Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee logistics to keep momentum going for both candidates and hiring teams, ensuring in-person interview days are seamless.
• Coordinate employee onboarding with departments, ensure the return of required paperwork, schedule employees for orientation, and partner with cross-functional teams for a smooth onboarding experience.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
• 3-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred
• A deep appreciation for people, culture, and values
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
