Regional Vice President, FIG & Working Capital, NORAM

As the Regional Vice President for FIG & Working Capital in NORAM, you will be responsible for delivering the region's annual bookings and renewal targets, recruiting and coaching a high-performing sales team, and building executive relationships with key stakeholders in the banking industry. You will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, experience in enterprise software sales, and a strong understanding of treasury and finance.

• Deliver the region's annual bookings and renewal targets, owning net-new ACV, gross renewal rate, and net expansion across NORAM.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a bench of AEs and AMs who consistently exceed quota, while running a disciplined operating rhythm.
• Personally engage the largest, most strategic opportunities, inspecting deals with rigor and ensuring a compelling event, economic buyer, and close plan.
