Sustainability Program Manager – Rexel Foundation Manager

Rejoin Rexel, a global leader in the multichannel distribution of electrical products and services for the energy sector. As the Sustainability Program Manager, you will play a central role in implementing sustainability initiatives and engaging employees across the organization. This hands-on role involves program coordination, internal communication, training, event management, and community engagement. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, countries, associations, and communication teams to ensure effective deployment of sustainability initiatives.

• Coordination and implementation of sustainability initiatives and actions defined by the Rexel Foundation Board.
• Management of sustainability training programs and support for their adoption across Rexel countries.
• Coordination of internal sustainability communication initiatives and engagement with employees around sustainability topics.

Your profile :

· +10 years of experience, ideally gained in sustainability, corporate communication, program management, event management or a related field.

· You combine strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and a genuine interest in sustainability topics.

· Highly organized and rigorous, with strong planning and coordination skills.

· Comfortable managing several projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

· Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to move topics forward and ensure follow-up.

· A strong communicator, comfortable presenting your topics and speaking in front of different audiences.

· Energetic and engaging, with the ability to bring people together and create momentum around initiatives.

· Highly collaborative and comfortable working with multiple internal teams and international stakeholders.

· People-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine taste for working with others.

· Sensitive to sustainability and social/environmental issues, ideally with previous professional experience in this field.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
