Director of Product (KYB)

Join Trulioo, a leading global identity verification company, as the Director of Product for our KYB (Know Your Business) product portfolio. In this highly visible leadership role, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of one of the company's most important product lines. You will partner closely with various teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Design, Go-to-Market, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership, to deliver market-leading KYB solutions. This role requires a balance of long-term strategic thinking and strong operational execution, with a focus on leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, emerging technologies, and AI-driven innovation.

• Definir y ejecutar la visión a largo plazo, la estrategia y la hoja de ruta multianual para el portafolio de productos KYB de Trulioo, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos de la empresa y las oportunidades del mercado.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el Director de Producto y el equipo de liderazgo ejecutivo para establecer prioridades estratégicas, decisiones de inversión y planificación del portafolio.
• Identificar tendencias emergentes del mercado, cambios regulatorios, necesidades de los clientes y dinámicas competitivas para evolucionar continuamente la estrategia del producto y mantener el liderazgo en el mercado.

• Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market organizations to deliver complex enterprise software products
• Experience leading and scaling product organizations, including mentoring and developing high-performing Product Managers
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills with experience engaging customers, partners, analysts, and senior leadership
• Proven success defining product vision and delivering enterprise SaaS products from strategy through execution and commercialization
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer problems, market opportunities, and business objectives into successful product strategies
• 15+ years of experience in software, technology, or product organizations, including 10+ years in Product Management with increasing leadership responsibility
• Strong executive leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders around a common vision
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, customer research, and business metrics to drive product decisions and investment priorities
• Deep experience within Identity, KYB, Digital Identity, FinTech, Fraud Prevention, Payments, Risk, or RegTech markets
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve product management practices, accelerate product discovery, enhance customer insights, and increase organizational productivity
• Curiosity and passion for emerging technologies, with the ability to identify practical applications that create meaningful customer and business value
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for solving meaningful customer problems
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and modern data technologies, with experience incorporating AI-driven capabilities into enterprise software products
• Bias for action with the ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous environments
