Product Director, Banking Foundation

Join Shine, a leading European fintech unicorn, as the Product Director for the Banking Foundation area. In this hands-on leadership role, you will own the Banking Foundation roadmap, lead and develop product teams, and shape the platform architecture. You will also deliver Denmark and the Netherlands from the platform side and track key performance metrics. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments, core banking, or financial infrastructure.

• Own the Banking Foundation roadmap end to end, setting the OKRs for the area and balancing market launches against platform bets.
• Lead and develop product teams, supporting and challenging PMs and engineering leads, and owning hiring, performance, and growth in the area.
• Run Payment Rails as PM in the first period, working with the engineering manager and the team, and hiring your successor as the area grows.
