Full Time Clerk

Primary:

• Attend court proceedings as assigned.
• Maintain records throughout court proceedings.
• Work front desk customer service position, processing customer requests.
• Answer phones and assist clients with questions and concerns.
• Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Secondary:

• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Apply critical thinking principles to process solutions.
• Assimilates well into established team dynamic.

Any other office duties as assigned by the Circuit Clerk.
Minimum of one (1) year in a business office environment
Associates Degree preferred
Driver's License preferred
Bilingual abilities are a plus

Full time, 35 hours per week, office hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; 1-hour unpaid lunch
$17.10 per hour
4% annual increases on 12/01 based on collective bargaining agreement
Every 2-years receives step increase based on collective bargaining agreement
Six (6) month probationary period
