The Maintenance Tech Lead is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for the facility and associated equipment. This position also provides leadership, training, and mentoring to other maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards and regulatory requirements.
