NCLEX Passer and have an active U.S. RN state license
At least 4+ years of post-license, recent bedside experience in a hospital or acute care setting
Currently working in the target area of specialization

EB-3 Qualifications

Registered Nurse

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Preferably with Priority Date

NCLEX Passer and have an active U.S. RN state license
At least 2+ years of post-license, recent bedside experience in a hospital or acute care setting
Currently working in the target area of specialization

Salary & Benefits

41 – 47 USD Hourly Salary (~87,000 - 97,000 USD / year)
1,500USD Arrival Bonus
2,000USD Reimbursement for US License-Related Costs
3 months of Housing Allowance
Covered Visa Premium Processing Fee for I-140 (EB-2 / EB-3)

Covered Immigration Costs

3-year contract
No placement or processing fee
