Description

• The IT Development Department is responsible for development, testing and implementation of IT systems within our organisation.
• In order to reinforce the team in place, we are looking for an SQL Developer on a fixed term contract until Sep-27.

Your main tasks will be to

• Develop complex queries and data flows for regulatory and application integration purposes
• Understand the bank's business from a data integration perspective
• Transfer business requirements into effective database models and queries
• Support the IT Development department on architecting solutions that involve structured data (e.g. XML)
• Produce quality documentation and diagrams of the solutions developed.

Job requirements

• Education in computer science
• Strong SQL programming skills (working knowledge of IBM DB2 Federation server is an advantage)
• First relevant experience ideally in a banking environment
• Specific knowledge of the financial industry is a big plus
• Demonstrate fluent working knowledge of English
• Open minded with service-orientation
• Good communication, organizational and analytical skills.
