Underwriting Officer (Property and Liability)

Responsibilities

• Underwriting and Customer Service
• Account Management - Administration
• Business Monitoring and Reporting
• Business Development

Candidate's Profile

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
• A degree in Management / Economics / Finance or other field acceptable to the Company, or professional insurance qualifications (e.g. of the CII) or progress towards such qualifications will constitute an advantage
• At least 2 years’ working experience in the insurance industry
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Excellent customer-service skills
• Self-organisation
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships
• Capability to effectively handle multiple tasks
