About The Role

  • 1、参与后端业务系统开发、功能迭代与单元测试，保障代码质量与系统稳定。
  • 2、负责业务接口开发，配合完成数据库设计、SQL 优化，提升系统性能。
  • 3、跟进项目全流程，配合产品、测试完成联调、bug 修复及版本上线。
  • 4、跟进主流后端技术，参与技术调研与代码优化，助力系统迭代升级。
  • 1、学历要求：硕士及以上学历，2027届应届毕业生；
  • 2、专业要求：计算机、软件工程、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业；
  • 3、语言要求：具备清晰的语言表达、良好的沟通及书面文档撰写能力；
  • 4、其他要求：熟练掌握 Java 核心基础、主流开发框架及数据库知识，基础扎实、代码规范；熟悉常用数据结构与算法，具备较强的自主学习能力；工作认真负责、逻辑清晰，有良好的团队协作能力与抗压能力，有项目、实习经验者优先。
