About The Role
- 产品：玛氏休闲食品旗下品牌，如绿箭、益达、德芙、士力架、M豆、脆香米、彩虹糖、品客薯片、家乐氏麦片等
- 工作内容：
- •挖掘玛氏休闲食品在安徽省内特渠的机会点和合作机会, 如企事业团购、出行、景区、潮玩店、封闭渠道等；
- •配合公司销售指标制定合作方案，推动合作落地；
- •负责辖下销售预测、制定销售计划，确保销售目标达成;
- •分析和洞察外部市场趋势及客户痛点，基于客户需求推动内部跨部门合作，如联合产品、供应链团队为客户定制一体化方案，跟进订单、物流及售后全流程，保障合作体验；
- •辅导团队成员进行日常客户维护和新开，不断提升团队业绩;
- 任职要求：
- •大专及以上学历，6年以上FMCG销售经验，有安徽省特渠客户/开发客户经验优先
- •拥有专业的销售/谈判技巧，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力
- •良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力
- •市场洞察能力
- •积极正向，拥有较强的学习能力，能快速融入团队
- •强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作
