About The Role

  1. 负责酒店各类物资（包括但不限于食材、布草、客房消耗品、办公用品等）的入库验收、数量核对、质量检查及登记工作。 2. 根据仓储管理制度，合理规划库位，确保物资分类存放、标识清晰、摆放整齐，保持仓库环境整洁有序。 3. 严格执行物资出库流程，根据领料单或申购单准确配发物资，并做好出库记录。 4. 定期对库存物资进行盘点，核对账、物、卡是否相符，及时上报盘盈盘亏情况，协助完成月度、季度及年度盘点报告。 5. 监控库存水平，及时反馈低库存或临期物资信息，协助采购部门做好补货或处理建议。 6. 负责仓储相关单据的整理、归档及系统数据录入，确保数据准确、可追溯。
