About The Role

  • 主要职位职责

  • 执行和维护产品陈列和销售区标准。
  • 沟通促销活动信息，确保每次促销活动的结果最大化。
  • 根据销售和顾客反馈，识别商品问题和机会。
  • 在指定区域内监督、培训和培养员工。
  • 协助店铺经理提供优质的消费者体验和员工体验并且实施/执行全球和区域计划，推动经营成果发展。
